Be Prepared and Take It With You:

While engaging in all your summer activities, be sure to take snacks and pure water with you to keep handy for healthy nibbling while away from home during the day.

Pack it in the car in the morning and have enough for all day long! Prepare it the night before, so you have the time you need to get water and snacks together before leaving the house. Take fresh fruit or fruit leather, health bars and nuts, and some bottled juice along with pure water. If you go mountain climbing or hiking on trails; then it's virtually the equivalent as running around in circles on the track.

Living your Life in normal activities is BETTER than planned Fitness routines. It's the natural way to get and stay in shape and good physical condition. It's rarely as boring as the repetitive routines fitness programs that stifle even the most dedicated person after awhile. You actually have more satisfaction and self-esteem for having accomplished something "real" with your time.

So...forget the gym for now - Get outside and Live for Fitness with this Twist! Live for Life!

It is imperative that you immerse your entire Being in a complete atmosphere of Wellness, if that is the way you truly want to Live each and every day. It becomes your common experience, it becomes your natural state of Being, it becomes the "norm". Poof! Voila! Shazam! You Are Well!

You will naturally be drawn to the foods, the beverages, the behavior, and the people who support this Well-Beingness! You will surround yourself with Wellness and Healthiness. It does, indeed, become a Lifestyle!

In honor of Father's Day, it is useful to mention that a healthy reproductive system allows you to contribute the best possible genetic material and inheritable characteristics to your children.

Sea salt, beans, pork, and other foods give their "energy" to the reproductive organs and systems, so these foods can be included in your daily food regimen for two years prior to conception. Air Quality Considerations:

Today...my heart goes out to those brave people from New York who were exposed to the toxic air following 9/11. They have been experiencing health problems with respiration and fatigue among other symptoms as a result of the debris released into the air as the Twin Towers burned and collapsed.

We know that the typical toxins in paper products, ink, plastics, metals, and building materials were in the mix, and there must be other substances that found their way into the air during this event. The poor air quality affects many people who were in the area or came in as Responders and then went home. Traditional diagnosis is ill-equipped to address this situation. So...what do they do?

First, detoxification protocols need to be entered into gradually, so the load being eliminated is manageable for the organs and systems of the body. Next, there are a few excellent products that support this detox process. Then...it is imperative that a regenerative regimen is undertaken to repair the body for several years. Kudzu Root:

Kudzu Root...it sounds like an underground street band's name! Well...it is a real root, it's prolific, and it is amazing for one very important reason.

Kudzu Root has the effect that anyone with loose stools is looking for immediately. If you are loose, then this root when ground into a white powder will firm up those stools. You'll be feeling like you can sit on a bar stool for a long time in virtually no time at all. Just the transit time through the digestive system and movements are scheduled again.
